Akshually~~ lots of people don´t use lleísmo (The gl sound in Italian) nowdays… Most use yeísmo(the Y/ZH/J sound, depending on the place), even in Spain. Although in the Philippines, almost all loan words from Spanish in Filipino that contain Ll retain the lleísmo pronunciation especially with surnames like calle, for example, pronounced and spelled as ¨kalye¨

It’s funny that …
It’s funny that nobody can pronounce the spanish “ll” (double L). Most people pronounce it like the spanish “y”. So instead of saying ” me gustaría llamar…” they say “me gustaría yamar” lol
Even a lot of native speakers fail to pronounce this “letter”. It’s the same sound as the italian “gl” as in “gli telefono” (I call him).
